REBUILT CMM EQUIPMENT

Each of the CMMs we restore first starts with an extensive teardown to the bare frame. Our team assesses the machine’s condition, tags and itemizes each component, evaluates scales, and establishes a benchmark on quality.
We check for repeatability on the motor and controls during the rebuild phase and map out the pitch, roll, and yaw. Once the machine is sold, we’ll do dimensional performance testing and another long run to ensure repeatability.
Our team will also work with you to make any necessary modifications to the CMM machine to suit your application. We can modify the probe, software, or fixturing.
