We are thrilled to announce that The HEH Group has finalized an agreement to acquire Zagar, a respected name in the manufacturing industry. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for our organization and opens the door to exciting opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Zagar, known for its drilling and tapping solutions, has a strong legacy in manufacturing. However, in recent years, it faced challenges in meeting customer demands. With this acquisition, The HEH Group is committed to revitalizing Zagar’s operations by improving production capabilities, ensuring faster deliveries, and enhancing customer support.
For our team, this means an expanded portfolio of solutions to offer customers, opportunities to share expertise across divisions, and the chance to bring fresh energy to a historic brand. The Zagar name will remain, reflecting its rich heritage, but it will now benefit from the robust infrastructure and resources of The HEH Group.
Together, we’re stronger, and we’re excited to see what the future holds as we integrate Zagar into our family of companies. Thank you for your continued hard work and dedication as we embark on this new chapter!

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and best wishes to Tom Ziemke as he prepares for retirement at the end of January. Tom joined Ultra Tech in January 2022 as a machinist and has been a dedicated and valued member of our team.

We’re excited to welcome Aaron Jordan to the Motch & Eichele team! Joining us in October 2024 as an inside sales assistant, Aaron works closely with Jeff Remaley and plays a key role in supporting customers for Zagar. Welcome aboard, Aaron!
Chris Millner will join Crotts & Saunders/The HEH Group as a Service Technician with our machine tool group starting January 20, 2025. He comes to us with 11 years of experience in machine shop maintenance at his previous employer and is eager to bring his expertise to our team. He’s excited about this new opportunity, and I’m confident his skills and enthusiasm will make him a valuable addition.

We’re excited to announce that our distribution companies, Motch & Eichele and Crotts & Saunders, are now offering two new product lines: Ermak and Agile Robotic Systems!
Ermak is a global leader in Press Brake Bending and Fiber Laser Cutting. With their innovative technology and robust machinery, we’re opening new doors to serve fabrication shops and broaden our impact in the manufacturing industry.
Agile Robotic Systems complements our Cobot Combos, providing a “standard” machine tending solution that enhances our automation offerings. Their reliable and efficient systems help manufacturers streamline production and improve efficiency.
The marketing team is thrilled to unveil our brand-new studio! This space enables us to expand our production capabilities and create fresh, exciting content for our audience.

To close out 2024, The HEH Group hosted two fantastic Christmas parties—one in Ohio and another in North Carolina. Both events brought together our amazing teams to enjoy some well-deserved holiday cheer.
From delicious food to hearty laughter and exciting prize giveaways, each party was a unique reflection of the camaraderie and joy that make our team so special. Whether in Ohio or North Carolina, the spirit of the season brought everyone together as one big HEH Group family.
